Working 6 days a week at different yoga schools/occasions and body/mind centres.
You can meet me and colleagues at two events (free-from-charge):
-The Mix Nieuwegein at the Yoga Event. All kinds of yoga-workshops during the day. I provide a pranayama (breathing course) at 11.30.
-The Yoga Club Mijdrecht, 1 year anniversary! All kinds of yoga classes during the day. I provide a meditation - pranayama class at 10.15.
If you have never done this, no problem.
At this moment I am also connecting seriously with a few new schools and clubs for after Summer, as well as providing consults at my practice and distant consults. If you have any questions, let me know...Maybe I can help you up until Soul level and beyond!
