I am providing Yoga - Meditation Personal Training and (Distant) consults.
What is Yoga-Meditation PT?
60 or 90 minutes private facilitation for body, mind, Soul through deep therapy, physical strengthening and acceptation, therapeutic movement and renewed / balanced energy flow for all levels. The practice is esp. attuned to your personal questions/desires and possibilities and helps you to get into your flow and on your path.
The PT is quite economic, as you can practice what you learn during several amount of time, and don't have to come back until you feel that you want/need to or adapt your program or schedule.
The PT is quite practical, but also works at a deep therapeutic level to help you to come to oneness or the Source.
80,- (60 minutes), 100,- (90 minutes).
What is Distant Consult?
It is coaching at distance. I need your photograph and some questions/story. Through coaching, I figured out, that I am esp. helping people by asking the right questions, so that people can help themselves a lot during the way. The aim is to reach independence and self-love in the people, but to feed and carry them a little during the way. It is cozy, it is fun, it is healing, it is authentic. Every coaching/consult is different. Besides asking questions, I also reflect what I feel and read beyond the words.
The advantage for distant consult is that you don't have to drive. That you can determine your own time, so that you can contemplate on the questions or whatever comes up. And that you can get to new insights. Insight is not always solving, but gives peace of mind along the way of not knowing and opening up more for... 'what?'
There is a single distant consult. This is: you ask questions. I ask questions. You tell your story. I reflect. Mostly this is done within 48 hours. Price: 60,-.
There is a weekly distant consult. This is: whatever pops up in the here and now, working on life matters and themes of that week, looking at biography, dairy writing, or whatever..... It unfolds along the way and is comparable to a consult at location, but with more time to contemplate and to feel deeper. Price: 100,- per week. (With a maximum of 4 weeks without a pause).
